What the admin can and cannot do
Can
- Pause new launches or the buyback engine in an emergency (cannot move funds; trading, migrations and fee claims continue)
- Hand the admin role to another key (two-step, after a ?-hour public timelock), e.g. a multisig
Cannot
- Withdraw, move or redirect any treasury
- Remove graduation liquidity (permanently locked in Meteora, owned by the treasury)
- Change any token's fee or where its fees go
- Give creators or holders any share of fees
- Mint more of any token or change its metadata
- Skip the timelock
Beta: the Roots program is unaudited and upgradeable by the team's key until a multisig is in place. Meteora can pause its pools, change pool fees within limits and upgrade its programs; it cannot withdraw pool liquidity or locked positions.
